Krzysztof Mocko kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Lorenzo Tonete received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Kazimierz Nowakowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th match minute, SMOCZANKA MIELEC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herbert Bulkiewicz to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Romeo Confesor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Magallanes's supporters rose to their feet, but Romeo Confesor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kazimierz Nowakowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute, Sebastian Cizeski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boleslaw Kolbert in the 18th minute of play forced Club Atlético Magallanes's goalkeeper Leon Oliverio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in SMOCZANKA MIELEC's zone, Lorenzo Tonete stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kazimierz Nowakowski came out of the goal and Lorenzo Tonete tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Herbert Bulkiewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Lorenzo Tonete fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atlético Magallanes's protests and gave Lorenzo Tonete a yellow card for diving instead. After 32 played minutes Club Atlético Magallanes got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Tonete. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Boleslaw Kolbert in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leon Oliverio saved Club Atlético Magallanes from getting behind. Leon Oliverio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maksymilian Cupial, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Club Atlético Magallanes getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Alberto Cordeal hit a great ball. Kazimierz Nowakowski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Abelardo Intxixu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 44 minute of play. A collision led to SMOCZANKA MIELEC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Sebastian Cizeski hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abelardo Intxixu made a kick off. Kazimierz Nowakowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Intxixu, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Abelardo Intxixu took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kazimierz Nowakowski. Kazimierz Nowakowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The referee felt a red card was in order, 59 minutes into the game, when Dominik Banaszak put in a rough tackle. After 58 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SMOCZANKA MIELEC! Kazimierz Nowakowski had in the 61stth minute some difficulties stopping Abelardo Intxixu's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The excitement rose when Club Atlético Magallanes's Abelardo Intxixu after 61 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for SMOCZANKA MIELEC's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 3-0. Romeo Confesor's late challenge caught a SMOCZANKA MIELEC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romeo Confesor helped the player get up and apologised. Romeo Confesor kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. After 75 played minutes SMOCZANKA MIELEC got a freekick which was hit by Krzysztof Mocko. Lorenzo Tonete struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Kazimierz Nowakowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atlético Magallanes. 77 minutes into the game, Club Atlético Magallanes's Romeo Confesor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kazimierz Nowakowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Romeo Confesor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kazimierz Nowakowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. In the 82nd match minute, Club Atlético Magallanes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Tonete to maneuver through the defense. Leon Oliverio was a little too slow when Maksymilian Cupial got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 4-1. After having played for 88 minutes, Boleslaw Kolbert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SMOCZANKA MIELEC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boleslaw Kolbert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Club Atlético Magallanes's Leon Oliverio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Magallanes from getting a goal against them. Abelardo Intxixu scored 5-1 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kazimierz Nowakowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Club Atlético Magallanes had won after a very even match.
