Sebastian Christoffersson might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Narciso Montel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastian Christoffersson ran back to his position shaking his head. When Sebastian Christoffersson came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Hudiksvalls United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Christoffersson couldn't finish the play. The supporters of C.A.P.J. booed when Hudiksvalls United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patric Melin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th match minute, Hudiksvalls United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerry Norström to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Hudiksvalls United's zone, Lino Lluis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arne Almstedt came out of the goal and Lino Lluis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Florencio Serafo struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Arne Almstedt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A.P.J.. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Lluis in the 15th minute of play forced Hudiksvalls United's goalkeeper Arne Almstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Narciso Montel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rikard Stenquist's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Florencio Serafo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, C.A.P.J.'s Gregorio Arce got a free kick in the 23rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastian Christoffersson in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Narciso Montel saved C.A.P.J. from getting behind. Narciso Montel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rikard Stenquist, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Hudiksvalls United's zone, Lino Lluis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arne Almstedt came out of the goal and Lino Lluis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hudiksvalls United's Jonny Almqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Geronimo Marques's late challenge caught a Hudiksvalls United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Geronimo Marques helped the player get up and apologised. In the 43rd minute, Geronimo Marques hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the match, C.A.P.J.'s goal looked a bit too open when Rikard Stenquist came free, but Narciso Montel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lino Lluis was the one to do the kick off. If Lino Lluis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arne Almstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Lluis in the 53rd minute of play. Lino Lluis charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lino Lluis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lino Lluis kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. After 59 played minutes C.A.P.J. got a freekick which was hit by Gregorio Arce. 65 minutes into the match, Hudiksvalls United's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Lluis came free, but Arne Almstedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rikard Stenquist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Narciso Montel made a huge save. Rikard Stenquist scored 0-1 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Narciso Montel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Sebastian Christoffersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gregorio Arce during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to C.A.P.J. getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Gregorio Arce hit a great ball. When Lino Lluis came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the C.A.P.J. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lino Lluis couldn't finish the play. When C.A.P.J.'s Lino Lluis in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hudiksvalls United's goalie prevented a goal. Hudiksvalls United's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
