Spectators: 7504 (Terracing: 5629, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gil Motta started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Gil Motta notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Les Presidents FC's Bobby De Maerschalck. Bobby De Maerschalck was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 8th minute Dedê Meireles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bobby De Maerschalck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferdinand Marcos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Wellington Barbosa made a huge save. Ferdinand Marcos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Wellington Barbosa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ferdinand Marcos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ferdinand Marcos did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Wellington Barbosa 17 minutes into the match. A collision led to Gesteira getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Marquinhos Schmidt hit a great ball. Wellington Barbosa came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Les Presidents FC's Ferdinand Marcos. But to his dismay, Ferdinand Marcos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Dedê Meireles charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dedê Meireles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Gesteira getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Dedê Meireles hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ferdinand Marcos got free with Wellington Barbosa in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. During the 35th minute of the match Dedê Meireles completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Dedê Meireles a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 36th minute, Dedê Meireles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wellington Barbosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ferdinand Marcos's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Les Presidents FC were furious when Alonzo Koldo was red carded, 44 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Alonzo Koldo hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After 48 played minutes Gesteira got a freekick which was hit by Marquinhos Schmidt. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when James Madison stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bobby De Maerschalck made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Gil Motta sent off a good shot on target. In the 61st minute, Tiago Gabriel Mesquita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Jonas Veloso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bobby De Maerschalck was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Bobby De Maerschalck made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tiago Gabriel Mesquita in the 64th minute. Jonas Veloso charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonas Veloso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Gesteira's Jonas Veloso got a free kick in the 66th minute. James Madison kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Gil Motta took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Bobby De Maerschalck to make any attempt to save it. Simon Van Eijcken kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, Les Presidents FC's goalkeeper Bobby De Maerschalck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gil Motta. After 75 played minutes Marquinhos Schmidt rounded Les Presidents FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-3. An unexpected shot in the 81st minute by Jonas Veloso got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 82nd minute, Gesteira's Marquinhos Schmidt dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4. Gil Motta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Gesteira walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
