In the 8th minute Lech Luty shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigiusz Pisarczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13thth minute of the game Witold Olszewski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but INTER Sosnowiec's Kazimierz Gardocki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Tomasz Pietrowiak fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored INTER Sosnowiec's protests and gave Tomasz Pietrowiak a yellow card for diving instead. Tomasz Pietrowiak hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Remigiusz Pisarczyk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kajetan Dlugi's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. 26 minutes into the match, Polonia Łaziska's goalkeeper Remigiusz Pisarczyk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kajetan Dlugi. The crowd rose to their feet as Kajetan Dlugi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Remigiusz Pisarczyk. That made the score 1-0 in the 30 minute of play. When Gwidon Olchowy fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Polonia Łaziska's protests and gave Gwidon Olchowy a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Polonia Łaziska getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Gwidon Olchowy hit a great ball. In the 37th minute, Radomir Haskiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Rafal Cempa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kajetan Dlugi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kajetan Dlugi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 47 played minutes INTER Sosnowiec got a freekick which was hit by Rafal Cempa.

In the 52ndth minute of the game Kajetan Dlugi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Polonia Łaziska's Remigiusz Pisarczyk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Witold Olszewski's late challenge caught a INTER Sosnowiec's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Witold Olszewski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 53rd match minute, Polonia Łaziska was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Witold Olszewski to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th match minute, Polonia Łaziska was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugeniusz Kochanowicz to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Polonia Łaziska defense, Kajetan Dlugi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Remigiusz Pisarczyk. The Polonia Łaziska fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Remigiusz Pisarczyk should have stopped the shot. The supporters of INTER Sosnowiec booed when Polonia Łaziska was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Konrad Wojno didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Kajetan Dlugi notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Polonia Łaziska's Remigiusz Pisarczyk. Remigiusz Pisarczyk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 75th minute, Lech Luty got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 80 played minutes Polonia Łaziska got a freekick which was hit by Eugeniusz Kochanowicz. The audience was convinced that Kajetan Dlugi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Remigiusz Pisarczyk was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lech Luty in the 91st minute of play forced Polonia Łaziska's goalkeeper Remigiusz Pisarczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lech Luty fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigiusz Pisarczyk having to interfere. There was no doubt that INTER Sosnowiec were the better team. INTER Sosnowiec's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
