In the 27th minute, Kuzey Darga fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 29 played minutes Stone City got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Sein. In the 31st minute, Ezequiel Sein hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ramiro Duarte charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ramiro Duarte the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 34th match minute, Stone City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiro Duarte to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the match, Stone City's goal looked a bit too open when Birdal Oğuzbay came free, but Arsenio Aballe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Yalçın Yalınç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute, Birdal Oğuzbay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Stone City's goalkeeper Arsenio Aballe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Birdal Oğuzbay. Birdal Oğuzbays short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Arsenio Aballe to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After the first half Stone City were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Birdal Oğuzbay was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Stone City's goal looked a bit too open when Birdal Oğuzbay came free, but Arsenio Aballe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaffar Serim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Lucian in the 57th minute of the match. A collision led to VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Kuzey Darga hit a great ball. VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Birdal Oğuzbay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 77 minutes into the match, VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's goal looked a bit too open when Serafin Calixto came free, but Gaffar Serim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Serafin Calixto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Gaffar Serim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Şerif Cihansah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arsenio Aballe having to interfere.
