Gigi Câmpeanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Yan Kapchenko made a huge save. In the 22nd match minute, Tuareg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonid Noskov to maneuver through the defense. Yan Kapchenko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alin Feroiu in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Demyan Kalitinskiy in the 25th minute of play forced FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's goalkeeper Nechifor Oargă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigi Câmpeanu in the 41st minute of play forced Tuareg's goalkeeper Yan Kapchenko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gigi Câmpeanu got free with Yan Kapchenko in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ippolit Nazarov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nechifor Oargă having to interfere. Nechifor Oargă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Demyan Kalitinskiy in the 45th minute of play. In the 47thth minute of the game Demyan Kalitinskiy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Nechifor Oargă was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Demyan Kalitinskiy to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Tuareg's goal looked a bit too open when Gigi Câmpeanu came free, but Yan Kapchenko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nechifor Oargă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timofey Naumenko, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Gavril Niculiță hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Tuareg's supporters rose to their feet, but Demyan Kalitinskiy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nechifor Oargă breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Nechifor Oargă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demyan Kalitinskiy in the 88th minute of play. Nechifor Oargă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Demyan Kalitinskiy in the 90th minute of the match. After 90 played minutes FC UNIREA Alba Iulia got a freekick which was hit by Gavril Niculiță. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Demyan Kalitinskiy in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nechifor Oargă prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ippolit Nazarov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Tuareg could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC UNIREA Alba Iulia throughout the match.
