The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Braulio Sesuldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Epifanio Handi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Rudolfo in the 7th minute of play forced C. A. BELGRANO's goalkeeper Braulio Sesuldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Tierra del Fuego FC booed when C. A. BELGRANO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomiro Rosio didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Tierra del Fuego FC's Guido Erruki in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C. A. Baldomiro Rosio made in the 28th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Tierra del Fuego FC's Fabian Rudolfo. 30 minutes into the match, Ivan Domenec had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Braulio Sesuldo. C. A. BELGRANO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivan Domenec was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Braulio Sesuldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Domenec in the 37th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Celso Otsoko in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Braulio Sesuldo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Braulio Sesuldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benito Mino, who was totally free with the ball in the 49th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Celso Otsoko to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Celso Otsoko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tierra del Fuego FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. When C. A. BELGRANO's Amador Mateus in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Efrain Gar took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Braulio Sesuldo to make any attempt to save it. C. A. BELGRANO's Braulio Sesuldo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save C. A. BELGRANO from getting a goal against them. In the 73rd minute Efrain Gar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Braulio Sesuldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, C. A. BELGRANO's goal looked a bit too open when Celso Otsoko came free, but Braulio Sesuldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celso Otsoko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Celso Otsoko kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. The supporters of C. A. BELGRANO booed when Tierra del Fuego FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Rudolfo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tierra del Fuego FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
