Spectators: 7487 (Terracing: 5616, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 149) The crowd rose to their feet as Tierra del Fuego FC's Celso Otsoko slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rui Varela. That made the score 1-0 after 16 minutes of play. In the 29th minute, Ivan Domenec left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tierra del Fuego FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Celso Otsoko took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rui Varela. Rui Varela dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. A collision led to Grêmio FBPA getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Silvinho Perez hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute of the match Ivan Domenec sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rui Varela skillfully saved the ball. Rui Varela was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Celso Otsoko showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 47 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The wind increased when Celso Otsoko made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Dudu Negri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Celso Otsoko in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rui Varela saved Grêmio FBPA from getting behind. 64 minutes into the game, Ivan Domenec cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Rui Varela was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Ivan Domenec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enrique Pires fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristobal Iyan having to interfere. In the 79th minute Epifanio Handi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Varela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grêmio FBPA's Rui Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Domenec in the 83rd minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Celso Otsoko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rui Varela. Grêmio FBPA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Celso Otsoko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. 91 minutes into the match, Grêmio FBPA's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Handi came free, but Rui Varela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Celso Otsoko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rui Varela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Rudolfo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celso Otsoko in the 97th minute of play forced Grêmio FBPA's goalkeeper Rui Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tierra del Fuego FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
