Spectators: 7625 (Terracing: 5720, Seating: 1753, VIP seats: 152) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Diego Balendin took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Arnaldo Hurko came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the San Lorenzo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnaldo Hurko couldn't finish the play. After 5 played minutes Blomstermåla BK got a freekick which was hit by Bengt-Arne Martinsson. Åke Johnsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Balendin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jörgen Bergfeldt in the 7th minute of play forced San Lorenzo's goalkeeper Anier Oidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Åke Johnsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Balendin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Blomstermåla BK's Åke Johnsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Balendin in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Blomstermåla BK's goalkeeper Åke Johnsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arnaldo Bide. 25 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo's Arnaldo Hurko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Åke Johnsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 30 minutes Blomstermåla BK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Arnaldo Hurko who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Arnaldo Hurko got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Åke Johnsson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 33rd minute, San Lorenzo's Arnaldo Hurko ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Åke Johnsson. Åke Johnsson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Åke Johnsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Hurko, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The audience was convinced that Diego Balendin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Åke Johnsson was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Åke Johnsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Balendin, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Arnaldo Hurko received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Åke Johnsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Arnaldo Hurko slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 45th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 52nd minute, Cipriano Abad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Åke Johnsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Bide in the 54th minute of play. San Lorenzo's Arnaldo Hurko got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 78 minutes of play, San Lorenzo's Flavio Lucila made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Åke Johnsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! 82 minutes into the match, Blomstermåla BK's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Lucila came free, but Åke Johnsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Blomstermåla BK defense, Diego Balendin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Åke Johnsson. The Blomstermåla BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Åke Johnsson should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arnaldo Bide in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Åke Johnsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 92nd minute, Diego Balendin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Åke Johnsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Hurko in the 94th minute of the match. In the 94th match minute, Blomstermåla BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ralf Kullgren to maneuver through the defense. Åke Johnsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Hurko in the 98th minute of play. There was no doubt that San Lorenzo were the better team. San Lorenzo's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
