After 2 played minutes Itacaruaré FC got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Peio. 9 minutes into the match, Viola Invest's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Ritchie came free, but Flavius Izbașa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Viola Invest's Victor Armanca got a free kick in the 10th minute. 12 minutes into the game, Costică Milea recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Silvano Ostadar. Costică Milea showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 20th minute, Victor Comșa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvano Ostadar was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. When Ferdinand Eftimiu fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Viola Invest's protests and gave Ferdinand Eftimiu a yellow card for diving instead. Ferdinand Eftimiu hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Itacaruaré FC's zone, Victor Comșa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvano Ostadar came out of the goal and Victor Comșa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Natalio Baudelio kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Victor Comșa made a precise shot to the right of Silvano Ostadar. Itacaruaré FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Flavius Izbașa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Peio, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Flavius Izbașa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesus Peio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victor Comșa's late challenge caught a Itacaruaré FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victor Comșa helped the player get up and apologised. Julian Restu scored 4-1 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flavius Izbașa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

Alberto Ugutz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Flavius Izbașa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gabriel Ritchie struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Flavius Izbașa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Itacaruaré FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Ritchie in the 66th minute of play forced Viola Invest's goalkeeper Flavius Izbașa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With 66 minutes on the clock, Dorin Proca commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 65 minutes into the game, one of Viola Invest:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Claudio Santio walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Through an outstanding action, after 74 minutes, Flavius Izbașa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a little luck, Viola Invest's Flavius Izbașa got control of the ball when Julian Restu tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Gigel Cismarescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Gigel Cismarescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Viola Invest's supporters rose to their feet, but Gigel Cismarescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvano Ostadar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 84 minutes into the match, Viola Invest's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Ritchie came free, but Flavius Izbașa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gigel Cismarescu's late challenge caught a Itacaruaré FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gigel Cismarescu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 86th match minute, Viola Invest was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gigel Cismarescu to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes into the match, Viola Invest's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Ritchie came free, but Flavius Izbașa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute, Gigel Cismarescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvano Ostadar was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. The supporters of Viola Invest booed when Itacaruaré FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nemesio Ponciano didn't get a good kick on the ball.
