Spectators: 7592 (Terracing: 5695, Seating: 1746, VIP seats: 151) Sävedalen's Jan-Erik Larsson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. El Canalla de Chicago's Jonah Peck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Bokelund in the 3rd minute of play. Jonah Peck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Erik Larsson in the 4th minute of play. Zebastian Göransson made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Rudolph Thurman sent off a good shot on target. 13 minutes into the match, Mikael Larsfält notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of El Canalla de Chicago's Jonah Peck. Jonah Peck was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zebastian Göransson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rudolph Thurman went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Sävedalen's Zebastian Göransson got control of the ball when Clark Lindsey tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Sävedalen getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Christian Walroth hit a great ball. Rudolph Thurman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Zebastian Göransson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clark Lindsey got free with Zebastian Göransson in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zebastian Göransson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clark Lindsey in the 45th minute. Rudolph Thurman took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zebastian Göransson. Zebastian Göransson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Clark Lindsey was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Anton Hedbom was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sävedalen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Canalla de Chicago the free kick. A collision led to Sävedalen getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Anton Hedbom hit a great ball. Martin Tuttle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zebastian Göransson having to interfere. When Clark Lindsey came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the El Canalla de Chicago fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clark Lindsey couldn't finish the play. In the 66th match minute, Sävedalen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anton Hedbom to maneuver through the defense. Kevin Roark fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zebastian Göransson having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Mikael Larsfält hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 79 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when El Canalla de Chicago's Clark Lindsey fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. After a rather tough play, El Canalla de Chicago's Clark Lindsey got a free kick in the 80th minute. 83 minutes into the match, Sävedalen's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Tuttle came free, but Zebastian Göransson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martin Tuttle in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zebastian Göransson saved Sävedalen from getting behind. The supporters of Sävedalen booed when El Canalla de Chicago was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giuseppe Gillis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th match minute, El Canalla de Chicago was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rudolph Thurman to maneuver through the defense. Hector Spivey kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Markus Åkesson got free with Jonah Peck in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rudolph Thurman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the El Canalla de Chicago players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
