When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Miguel Borja sped through Los Trip's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Isaias Matxin. 17 minutes into the game, Victorino Perfecto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gallardo y Biscay FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Trip the free kick. A collision led to Gallardo y Biscay FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Victorino Perfecto hit a great ball. Sixto Frichoso charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sixto Frichoso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 21 played minutes Los Trip got a freekick which was hit by Sixto Frichoso. 22 minutes into the match, Miguel Borja had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isaias Matxin. Los Trip's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miguel Borja was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After a rather tough play, Gallardo y Biscay FC's Sebastian Vidal got a free kick in the 26th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Gallardo y Biscay FC's zone, Hipolito Taurino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prospero Maju came out of the goal and Hipolito Taurino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 29th minute, Miguel Borja reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Isaias Matxin. The goal made the score 4-0. Isaias Matxin didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 35th minute, which inside left pole to 5-0. Gallardo y Biscay FC's Miguel Borja got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 43 minutes into the game, Gallardo y Biscay FC's Miguel Borja nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Isaias Matxin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eduardo Edorta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Isaias Matxin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Borja, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Isaias Matxin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Borja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th match minute, Los Trip was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ceferino Platon to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Borja in the 81st minute of play forced Los Trip's goalkeeper Isaias Matxin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute, Miguel Borja ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isaias Matxin was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. Isaias Matxin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Balasi in the 90th minute of play. After some careless play in the Los Trip defense, Miguel Borja kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isaias Matxin. The Los Trip fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isaias Matxin should have stopped the shot. Isaias Matxin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Balasi, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
