Spectators: 7592 (Terracing: 5695, Seating: 1746, VIP seats: 151) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Guto Bastos started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Edvaldo Leal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albano Rameriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guaberto Santana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 9 minutes into the game, Guaberto Santana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MDQ Raptors FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Capivara FC the free kick. In the last second Célio Machado throw himself and got hold of the ball when Victorio Kismi in the 19thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Célio Machado had great luck who in the 19thth minute grab hold of the ball when Victorio Kismi from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 22nd match minute, Capivara FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amauri Sampaio to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th match minute, Capivara FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabiano Negri to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victorio Kismi got free with Célio Machado in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Guaberto Santana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Célio Machado made a huge save. 33 minutes into the game, Baltazar Sampaio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Capivara FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MDQ Raptors FC the free kick. In the 33rd minute, one of Capivara FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Capivara FC. Ildefonso Efren shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Through an outstanding action, after 38 minutes, Célio Machado successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guaberto Santana to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Guaberto Santana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Célio Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Guaberto Santana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Capivara FC's Célio Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guaberto Santana in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to Capivara FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Dorival Carvalho hit a great ball. Albano Rameriz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amauri Sampaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geraldo Saraiva hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Guaberto Santana might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Célio Machado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guaberto Santana ran back to his position shaking his head. 66 minutes into the match, Atilano Bitxintxo notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Capivara FC's Célio Machado. Célio Machado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Benvide in the 70th minute of play forced Capivara FC's goalkeeper Célio Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Francisco Viana hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. The supporters of Capivara FC booed when MDQ Raptors FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arsenio Eskuin didn't get a good kick on the ball. When João Francisco Viana fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Capivara FC's protests and gave João Francisco Viana a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Capivara FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. João Francisco Viana hit a great ball. After 83 played minutes MDQ Raptors FC got a freekick which was hit by Atilano Bitxintxo. Amador Harriet hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute, Guaberto Santana ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Célio Machado was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Célio Machado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guaberto Santana in the 90th minute of play. Victorio Kismi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Célio Machado having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Capivara FC's goal looked a bit too open when Victorio Kismi came free, but Célio Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. MDQ Raptors FC's Albano Rameriz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save MDQ Raptors FC from getting a goal against them. Amador Harriet's late challenge caught a Capivara FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amador Harriet helped the player get up and apologised. In the 96th minute, Amador Harriet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the MDQ Raptors FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
