Spectators: 7545 (Terracing: 5660, Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cássio Paes got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the game, Akis Nafpliotis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vakoufi Utd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trindade Atlético Club the free kick. After 5 played minutes Vakoufi Utd got a freekick which was hit by Akis Nafpliotis. Yan Pereira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Trifon Iraklideas made a huge save. After some careless play in the Trindade Atlético Club defense, Nektarios Korakakis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edmílson Britto. The Trindade Atlético Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edmílson Britto should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Viktoras Natsikas in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edmílson Britto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yan Pereira's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Trifon Iraklideas firmly grabbed it by the left post. When Luís Fábio Carvalho fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trindade Atlético Club's protests and gave Luís Fábio Carvalho a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Vakoufi Utd booed when Trindade Atlético Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Fábio Carvalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Nektarios Korakakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute Giovani Sergipano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trifon Iraklideas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nektarios Korakakis in the 32nd minute of play forced Trindade Atlético Club's goalkeeper Edmílson Britto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 0-2 became the score in the 33rd minute when Viktoras Natsikas elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Yan Pereiras short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Trifon Iraklideas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Christos Ouzounidis came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Vakoufi Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christos Ouzounidis couldn't finish the play. Andreas Mantarinopoulos's late challenge caught a Trindade Atlético Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andreas Mantarinopoulos helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Vakoufi Utd's Andreas Mantarinopoulos got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 46th minute of the match, Yan Pereira got a very nice opportunity to score, but Trifon Iraklideas was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 46 minutes into the match, Yan Pereira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Trifon Iraklideas. Vakoufi Utd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yan Pereira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viktoras Natsikas to make the kick off. Edu Nóbrega hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute Cássio Paes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trifon Iraklideas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Trifon Iraklideas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edu Nóbrega in the 61st minute of the match. Vakoufi Utd's Trifon Iraklideas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yan Pereira in the 63rd minute of play. In the 66thth minute of the game Christos Ouzounidis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trindade Atlético Club's Edmílson Britto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Viktoras Natsikas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Trifon Iraklideas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cássio Paes in the 72nd minute of play. Stavros Kopidakis hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Giovani Sergipano hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Viktoras Natsikas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 81 minutes of play, Trindade Atlético Club's Cássio Paes made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Trifon Iraklideas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zacharias Papagiannoulis hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Viktoras Natsikas hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yan Pereira in the 93rd minute of play forced Vakoufi Utd's goalkeeper Trifon Iraklideas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute Zacharias Papagiannoulis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmílson Britto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
