After some careless play in the FC Triesen defense, Viktoras Natsikas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Felix Ott. The FC Triesen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felix Ott should have stopped the shot. 7 minutes into the game, Vakoufi Utd's Zacharias Papagiannoulis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Felix Ott made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Trifon Iraklideas made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Fabian Dietsche sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Lorenzo Guerreiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Triesen's supporters rose to their feet, but Lorenzo Guerreiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Trifon Iraklideas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 15 played minutes Vakoufi Utd got a freekick which was hit by Themis Kalimanis. After some careless play in the FC Triesen defense, Zacharias Papagiannoulis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Felix Ott. The FC Triesen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felix Ott should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in FC Triesen's zone, Christos Ouzounidis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felix Ott came out of the goal and Christos Ouzounidis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zacharias Papagiannoulis struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Felix Ott didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vakoufi Utd. The supporters of Vakoufi Utd booed when FC Triesen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Guerreiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the game, Fabian Dietsche cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Trifon Iraklideas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Viktoras Natsikas scored 1-4 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Felix Ott, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-5 lead.
The wind increased when Viktoras Natsikas made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andy Bjorg during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vakoufi Utd's Christos Ouzounidis got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 67th minute, Vakoufi Utd's Viktoras Natsikas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-6. Lorenzo Guerreiro hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Trifon Iraklideas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konrad Hemmerle in the 75th minute of play. With a little luck, FC Triesen's Felix Ott got control of the ball when Viktoras Natsikas tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 79thth minute of the game Fabian Dietsche who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vakoufi Utd's Trifon Iraklideas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Trifon Iraklideas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andy Bjorg, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Felix Ott made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nektarios Korakakis in the 91st minute of play. FC Triesen's defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Viktoras Natsikas scored to the left of an out of position Felix Ott, making the score, 3-7. The Vakoufi Utd players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
