The supporters of Garlic Eaters booed when FC Szczucin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bogdan Noworolnik didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Szczucin's Eugeniusz Lerych got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 16th minute, Robert Hammond made a precise shot to the right of Miromir Cichocki. FC Szczucin's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After some careless play in the FC Szczucin defense, Cliff Gurney kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Miromir Cichocki. The FC Szczucin fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Miromir Cichocki should have stopped the shot. In the 32nd minute, Robert Hammond ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miromir Cichocki was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Miromir Cichocki came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Garlic Eaters's Robert Hammond. But to his dismay, Robert Hammond quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. In the 40th minute James Tuck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miromir Cichocki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FC Szczucin's zone, James Tuck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miromir Cichocki came out of the goal and James Tuck tried to chip the ball over his head. Miromir Cichocki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruninho Falcão in the 46th minute of the match. Bogdan Noworolnik got in the 48th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Gul Keep handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robert Hammond to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Garlic Eaters's James Tuck nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Miromir Cichocki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Miromir Cichocki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruninho Falcão, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Robert Hammond took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miromir Cichocki. Miromir Cichocki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mateusz Banach in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gul Keep prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Robert Hammond in the 68thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Miromir Cichocki, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 71 minutes into the game, Robert Hammond cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Miromir Cichocki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. From a short distance, Garlic Eaters's James Tuck, in the 76th minute, tried to place the ball behind Miromir Cichocki, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. With a little luck, FC Szczucin's Miromir Cichocki got control of the ball when Robert Hammond tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 91st minute, Bogdan Noworolnik made a precise shot to the right of Gul Keep. Garlic Eaters's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-12. Cliff Gurney did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-13 to the left of a surprised Miromir Cichocki 95 minutes into the match. Garlic Eaters's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
