Luís Gustavo de Salles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mansour Buffon having to interfere. Green Squad FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 10th minute, when Boniel Ballesteros scored to the left of an out of position Hugo Diniz, making the score, 1-0. Luís Gustavo de Salles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute, Aketza Quesada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Green Squad FC defense, Boniel Ballesteros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hugo Diniz. The Green Squad FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugo Diniz should have stopped the shot. After 26 played minutes Green Squad FC got a freekick which was hit by Luís Gustavo de Salles. In the 30thth minute of the game Zoel Sierra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Green Squad FC's Hugo Diniz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Víctor Huarte's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hugo Diniz was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Hugo Diniz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Víctor Huarte's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Green Squad FC's Hugo Diniz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Víctor Huarte in the 38th minute of play. After 40 played minutes Green Squad FC got a freekick which was hit by Tarcisio Velloso. Oro Pareja hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the match, Juventus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Gaspar came free, but Mansour Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Green Squad FC's goalkeeper Hugo Diniz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Juventus FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Oro Pareja hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Víctor Huarte made the kick off in the second half. Juventus FC's Aketza Quesada managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Eliseu Guerra in the 52 minute of the game. Tarcisio Velloso kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Hugo Diniz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zoel Sierra, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Hugo Diniz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zoel Sierra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Víctor Huarte in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hugo Diniz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 70th minute of the game. One of Juventus FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Green Squad FC:s goal. Juventus FC:s Mansour Buffon showed great skill when he stopped Luiz Sarmento:s penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Víctor Huarte in the 78th minute of play forced Green Squad FC's goalkeeper Hugo Diniz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Lúcio da Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugo Diniz came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Juventus FC's Víctor Huarte. But to his dismay, Víctor Huarte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. After 89 played minutes Juventus FC got a freekick which was hit by Víctor Huarte. Hugo Diniz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boniel Ballesteros, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Tarcisio Velloso kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Zoel Sierra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Juventus FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Green Squad FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
