After 11 played minutes 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz got a freekick which was hit by Ehrhard Kowalewski. Lemmy Stecher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emiliano Anaya in the 12th minute of the match. 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's Lemmy Stecher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Amaya in the 18th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Real Madrid de Guatemala's Mauro Sosa got a free kick in the 20th minute. 24 minutes into the match, Real Madrid de Guatemala's goal looked a bit too open when Enno Kunzmann came free, but Sílvio Luiz Goiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes into the game, Shawn Carrillo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Madrid de Guatemala's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz the free kick. Shawn Carrillo hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 28thth minute of the game Per Anhalter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Madrid de Guatemala's Sílvio Luiz Goiano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Per Anhalter took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 32nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sílvio Luiz Goiano. Real Madrid de Guatemala's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Lemmy Stecher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Amaya, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Lemmy Stecher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angel Salazar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emiliano Anaya got free with Lemmy Stecher in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 46 played minutes Real Madrid de Guatemala got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Amaya. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emiliano Anaya to strike the kick off in the second half. Sílvio Luiz Goiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Anhalter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emiliano Anaya in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lemmy Stecher prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sílvio Luiz Goiano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tyler Gern in the 57th minute. 58 minutes into the match, 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Amaya came free, but Lemmy Stecher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lemmy Stecher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Jimenez, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. When Ismael Amaya came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Real Madrid de Guatemala fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ismael Amaya couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Real Madrid de Guatemala's Angel Salazar got a free kick in the 65th minute. Emiliano Anaya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ehrhard Kowalewski kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 72nd match minute, 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ehrhard Kowalewski to maneuver through the defense. 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's Lemmy Stecher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Salazar in the 79th minute of play. The supporters of Real Madrid de Guatemala booed when 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eberhard Dost didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th minute, Wilmer Gutierrez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Per Anhalter struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Sílvio Luiz Goiano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz. Real Madrid de Guatemala's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
