Xabel Vallejo started the match with the kick off. After 3 played minutes CD Suscal got a freekick which was hit by Xosepe Mella. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xabel Vallejo in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cordero Dulanto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Isadoro Thomas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cordero Dulanto. CD Suscal's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, CD Suscal's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Villamayor came free, but Cordero Dulanto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th match minute, TurboUC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alifonso Jina to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xabel Vallejo in the 23rd minute of play forced CD Suscal's goalkeeper Cordero Dulanto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, CD Suscal's goal looked a bit too open when Xabel Vallejo came free, but Cordero Dulanto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. TurboUC's Marino Brunet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Elizondo in the 28th minute of play. Cordero Dulanto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xabel Vallejo in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Edgar Villamayor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cordero Dulanto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, TurboUC's Karlos Tacull got a free kick in the 34th minute. If Xoan Austria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute Xabel Vallejo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cordero Dulanto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Elizondo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marcos Guilisasti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cordero Dulanto having to make a save. Daniel Elizondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Marino Brunet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When %teams%'s Xabel Vallejo was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 0-2 just inside the left pole, 89 minutes into the game. Cordero Dulanto was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. The TurboUC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing TurboUC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
