The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Moises Cordero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xines Merida kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Basilio Nazario recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cordero Dulanto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matias Garcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Cordero Dulanto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Garcia in the 10th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Matias Garcia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cordero Dulanto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Mystyc FC's Venancio Ibar managed to work through CD Suscal's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Venancio Ibar dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. The audience was convinced that Matias Garcia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cordero Dulanto was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. CD Suscal's Cordero Dulanto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venancio Ibar in the 32nd minute of play. A collision led to Mystyc FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Ramiro Mateo hit a great ball. With 47 minutes on the clock, Silvio Ilisarri commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 47th match minute, CD Suscal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvio Ilisarri to maneuver through the defense. Mystyc FC's Eriberto Padro got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Mystyc FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

CD Suscal's Cordero Dulanto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eriberto Padro in the 53rd minute of play. After some careless play in the CD Suscal defense, Matias Garcia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cordero Dulanto. The CD Suscal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cordero Dulanto should have stopped the shot. In the 59th match minute, CD Suscal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xines Merida to maneuver through the defense. After 66 minutes CD Suscal's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eriberto Padro who took care of the corner kick. Eriberto Padro made a great header on Mystyc FC's corner, it was just that CD Suscal's Cordero Dulanto managed to reach the ball for a save. With 68 minutes on the clock, Ceferino Iraitz commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 69th minute, Ceferino Iraitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute, Xoan Golpe sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Mystyc FC's Alejandro Raphael didn't even have to move. In the 76th minute Xoan Austria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Raphael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to CD Suscal getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Xoan Golpe hit a great ball. Alejandro Raphael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Elizondo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matias Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Mystyc FC booed when CD Suscal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Estevez Tobia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matias Garcia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Cordero Dulanto made a huge save.
