The tension between the Verissimo KFCH F.C. and the CD Suscal players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 5 played minutes Verissimo KFCH F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Faustão Chaves. Xoan Golpe, 6 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Matias Haimar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Elizondo in the 9th minute of the match. After 13 played minutes Verissimo KFCH F.C. got a freekick which was hit by César Cabral. 14 minutes into the match, CD Suscal's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Bezerra came free, but Cordero Dulanto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to CD Suscal getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Xoan Austria hit a great ball. Wilian Matorin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cordero Dulanto having to interfere. The supporters of CD Suscal booed when Verissimo KFCH F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonel Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the game, Estevez Tobia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CD Suscal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Verissimo KFCH F.C. the free kick. Estevez Tobia hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After 21 played minutes CD Suscal got a freekick which was hit by Xosepe Mella. The long shot by Manuel Bezerra in the 21st minute really tested Cordero Dulanto's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manuel Bezerra got free with Cordero Dulanto in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 24th minute, César Cabral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the CD Suscal defense, Dário Falcão kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cordero Dulanto. The CD Suscal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cordero Dulanto should have stopped the shot. Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s Matias Haimar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xoan Austria in the 35th minute of play. If Xoan Austria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Manuel Bezerra to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Manuel Bezerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cordero Dulanto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cordero Dulanto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dário Falcão, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Manuel Bezerra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cordero Dulanto. CD Suscal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manuel Bezerra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After 60 minutes, Wilian Matorin made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. CD Suscal's Cordero Dulanto tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 63rd match minute, CD Suscal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xines Merida to maneuver through the defense. When Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s Manuel Bezerra in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CD Suscal's goalie prevented a goal. With his leg Matias Haimar managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when CD Suscal's Estevez Tobia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Faustão Chaves kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Verissimo KFCH F.C. made a substitution. Décio da Silveira replaced Gerson Munhoz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Bezerra in the 79th minute of play forced CD Suscal's goalkeeper Cordero Dulanto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cordero Dulanto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dário Falcão, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Giuseppe Pires received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Cordero Dulanto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Xoan Austria reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Matias Haimar. The goal made the score 3-1. Cordero Dulanto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Bezerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Verissimo KFCH F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while CD Suscal had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
