The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to CF REALCipri getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Marcel Ciolpan hit a great ball. Krama Bollen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebiu Cînu, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorge Oliveira during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Xandeco FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Jorge Oliveira hit a great ball. Krama Bollen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebiu Cînu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Eusebiu Cînu came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the CF REALCipri fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusebiu Cînu couldn't finish the play. Jeremias Luzea struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Sandu Hârșu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xandeco FC. Sandu Hârșu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dino Amorim in the 21st minute of play. After taking down the ball on Xandeco FC's corner Geraldo Palmeira fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sandu Hârșu quite easily take care of the ball. Jorge Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Sandu Hârșu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sandu Hârșu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeremias Luzea in the 25th minute of the match. In the 28th minute of the match, Jeremias Luzea tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sandu Hârșu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Sabin Siniştean hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Sandu Hârșu was a little too slow when Jeremias Luzea got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Melik Settar made a kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Leonard Tarcea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CF REALCipri's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Xandeco FC the free kick. Leonard Tarcea hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. The referee ignored Xandeco FC's protests and gave Acácio Freire a yellow card for diving instead. Eusebiu Cînus short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Krama Bollen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 76 minutes into the match, CF REALCipri's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Amorim came free, but Sandu Hârșu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute Xandeco FC were awarded a corner. Geraldo Palmeira went to the cornerflag to take it. Geraldo Palmeira made a great header on Xandeco FC's corner, it was just that CF REALCipri's Sandu Hârșu managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, Xandeco FC's Waldir Gonçalves got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Jeremias Luzea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dino Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Sandu Hârșu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Xandeco FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while CF REALCipri had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
