Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicasio Primeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute, David Lope sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and C. A. Atlanta's Arnoldo Kismi didn't even have to move. In the 24th minute Cleto Ferran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Garaona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iker Dolfos scored 0-2 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ismael Garaona, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 28th minute, Segundo Caitano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Trinidad 4.7 getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. David Lope hit a great ball. C. A. Atlanta's Iker Dolfos got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ismael Garaona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iker Dolfos in the 31st minute of play. 31 minutes into the game, Victor Orzaize was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trinidad 4.7's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C. A. Atlanta the free kick. After a rather tough play, Trinidad 4.7's Victor Orzaize got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 34th minute, Jonathan Eli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ismael Garaona was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Arnoldo Kismi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Ochoa in the 36th minute of the match. Ismael Garaona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Ferran in the 40th minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Trinidad 4.7's Leo Ochoa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnoldo Kismi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Victor Orzaize made a kick off. With an all-out effort, C. A. Atlanta's Ismael Garaona threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Besart Toto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Iker Dolfos succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-4 in the 54th playminute. Atlanta's Arnoldo Kismi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Ochoa in the 65th minute of play. Segundo Caitano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Arnoldo Kismi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 75 played minutes Trinidad 4.7 got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Caitano. The supporters of Trinidad 4.7 booed when C. A. Arnoldo Kismi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trinidad 4.7. Ismael Garaona made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Iker Dolfos sent off a good shot on target. Trinidad 4.7's Ismael Garaona proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Trinidad 4.7 from getting a goal against them. After 87 played minutes Trinidad 4.7 got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Caitano. If Leo Ochoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnoldo Kismi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Ochoa in the 94th minute of play. C. A. Atlanta were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Trinidad 4.7's much stronger midfield.
