Spectators: 7550 (Terracing: 5664, Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Davy Giacomoni started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Davy Giacomoni got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 4th match minute, Inter de Chillán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Luis Alfaro to maneuver through the defense. Nelson Cloarec stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Juan Luis Alfaro's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Nelson Cloarec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Buenaventura Durruti in the 7th minute of play. 8 minutes into the game, Inter de Chillán's Francisco Lacunza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nelson Cloarec made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barni San Martín in the 11th minute of play forced Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goalkeeper Nelson Cloarec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Felix Nourry fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Formation Pure Lyonnaise's protests and gave Felix Nourry a yellow card for diving instead. Felix Nourry kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. The supporters of Formation Pure Lyonnaise booed when Inter de Chillán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bairon Bernales didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nelson Cloarec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Lacunza in the 27th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Hamza Le Forestier got a free kick in the 27th minute. Elodio Angellotti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davy Giacomoni in the 30th minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Francisco Lacunza lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Nelson Cloarec. Bairon Bernales's late challenge caught a Formation Pure Lyonnaise's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bairon Bernales helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th minute, Bairon Bernales hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Francisco Lacunza kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nelson Cloarec. That made the score 3-0 in the 40 minute of play. Juan Luis Alfaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Nelson Cloarec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nelson Cloarec made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juan Luis Alfaro in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Juan Luis Alfaro to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Inter de Chillán's Barni San Martín sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nelson Cloarec narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 54 minutes into the match, Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Lacunza came free, but Nelson Cloarec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaspard Letourneux charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaspard Letourneux the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Gaspard Letourneux got a free kick in the 54th minute. Nelson Cloarec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Buenaventura Durruti in the 60th minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goal looked a bit too open when Juliano Ibáñez came free, but Nelson Cloarec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaspard Letourneux made a great header on Formation Pure Lyonnaise's corner, it was just that Inter de Chillán's Elodio Angellotti managed to reach the ball for a save. Juan Luis Alfaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Davy Giacomoni in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elodio Angellotti saved Inter de Chillán from getting behind. In the 76th match minute, Inter de Chillán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bairon Bernales to maneuver through the defense. Elodio Angellotti was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Gaspard Letourneux. If Buenaventura Durruti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Formation Pure Lyonnaise defense, Juan Luis Alfaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nelson Cloarec. The Formation Pure Lyonnaise fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nelson Cloarec should have stopped the shot. Nelson Cloarec came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Inter de Chillán's Francisco Lacunza. But to his dismay, Francisco Lacunza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. After 90 minutes of play, Inter de Chillán's Francisco Lacunza made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nelson Cloarec was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Inter de Chillán fully deserved thier win.
