Tomáš Čvančara kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. If Leon Goretzka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Luis Alfaro scored 0-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kevin Trapp, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Justo Tirapegui kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Kevin Trapp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Buenaventura Durruti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kevin Trapp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Luis Alfaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 36 minutes into the game, Juan Luis Alfaro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Elodio Angellotti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for B68 Toftir. Inter de Chillán's Elodio Angellotti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Inter de Chillán from getting a goal against them. 43 minutes into the game, Tomáš Čvančara recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Elodio Angellotti. Tomáš Čvančara showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Leon Goretzka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elodio Angellotti having to interfere. In the 66th minute Iván Imaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevin Trapp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Nathan Kempf had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elodio Angellotti. Inter de Chillán's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nathan Kempf was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. In the 80thth minute of the game Juan Luis Alfaro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but B68 Toftir's Kevin Trapp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Elodio Angellotti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomáš Čvančara, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 88 minutes into the match, Inter de Chillán's goal looked a bit too open when Tomáš Čvančara came free, but Elodio Angellotti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leverett Niens during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Leverett Niens hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Francisco Lacunza from long distance, 91 minutes into the match, got Kevin Trapp's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomáš Čvančara in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elodio Angellotti prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
