Marcos Saraiva made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Marcos Saraiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horacio Nisio, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After having played for 24 minutes, Wanderson dos Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A collision led to Club Sportivo Quilmes getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Leonides Barea hit a great ball. Ulises Fidele charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ulises Fidele the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some careless play in the Club Sportivo Quilmes defense, Oséias de Castro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Uriel Iratzeder. The Club Sportivo Quilmes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Uriel Iratzeder should have stopped the shot. Marcos Saraiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinicio Acuña, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Horacio Nisio made the kick off in the second half. Luizão Brasil kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Mukifus FSCMZ's Diamantino Lendaa got a free kick in the 70th minute. Horacio Nisio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Saraiva having to interfere. Uriel Iratzeder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wanderson dos Santos in the 75th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Emanuel Valente dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marcos Saraiva, 1-3. Emanuel Valente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Marcos Saraiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wanderson dos Santos hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
