Spectators: 7526 (Terracing: 5645, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Horacio Nisio kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd match minute, Club Sportivo Quilmes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luciano Locaio to maneuver through the defense. 5 minutes into the match, Palermo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Valente came free, but Severino Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florencio Fix scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Uriel Iratzeder, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 10 played minutes Palermo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Blas Obano. In the 14th match minute, Club Sportivo Quilmes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horacio Nisio to maneuver through the defense. Severino Barros made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Horacio Nisio sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Palermo AFC's zone, Ulises Fidele stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Severino Barros came out of the goal and Ulises Fidele tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Palermo AFC's Severino Barros got control of the ball when Horacio Nisio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Godofredo Gabon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Severino Barros had great luck who in the 34thth minute grab hold of the ball when Ulises Fidele from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. When Club Sportivo Quilmes's Ulises Fidele in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Palermo AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 35th minute of the match Club Sportivo Quilmes got a corner. Palermo AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vinicio Acuña ran over to the corner to take the kick. Club Sportivo Quilmes's Vinicio Acuña was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Severino Barros in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Tiburcio Basajaun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd match minute, Club Sportivo Quilmes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinicio Acuña to maneuver through the defense. Tiburcio Basajaun hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Club Sportivo Quilmes's Uriel Iratzeder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godofredo Gabon in the 46th minute of play.

Ruben Efren hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Elvio Olo, 51 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 55th match minute, Club Sportivo Quilmes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruben Efren to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Elvio Olo from long distance, 56 minutes into the match, got Uriel Iratzeder's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Palermo AFC's Severino Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horacio Nisio in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Ulises Fidele got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 62 minutes into the match, Horacio Nisio notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Palermo AFC's Severino Barros. Severino Barros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 67th minute, Eustacio Harri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Godofredo Gabon scored 1-2 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Uriel Iratzeder, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Elvio Olo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Israel Odilon kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Severino Barros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horacio Nisio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severino Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Valente in the 83rd minute of play. 85 minutes into the game, Club Sportivo Quilmes's Horacio Nisio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Severino Barros made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2.
