The supporters of Izaltina FAD booed when Sconvols United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciccio Stella didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciccio Stella's late challenge caught a Izaltina FAD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ciccio Stella helped the player get up and apologised. After 22 played minutes Sconvols United got a freekick which was hit by Ciccio Stella. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sconvols United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Denílson Faria was slow to take the kick. During this time Izaltina FAD's players had a chance to rest. 25 minutes in the game, Bernardinho de Senna got a free kick from a good position and fired away a shot. The shot didn't have enough spin and went out of bounds to the left of the goal. Alfredo Scafati took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gino de Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th match minute, Sconvols United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amos Cristofari to maneuver through the defense. Alfredo Scafati made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denílson Faria in the 89th minute of play. Gino de Lima struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Alfredo Scafati didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Izaltina FAD. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Izaltina FAD had played much better football throughout.
