Hugo Tolsson's late challenge caught a Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hugo Tolsson helped the player get up and apologised. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Josué Aguiar took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Jens-Ola Caspersson to make any attempt to save it. Fusk&Bygg AB's Jens-Ola Caspersson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Fusk&Bygg AB from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ defense, Inge Forsell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Claudinho Macedo. The Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Claudinho Macedo should have stopped the shot. When Erik Alebom fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fusk&Bygg AB's protests and gave Erik Alebom a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Fusk&Bygg AB getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Erik Alebom hit a great ball. Jens-Ola Caspersson made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Josué Aguiar sent off a good shot on target. Glauco Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Josué Aguiar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jens-Ola Caspersson having to make a save. A collision led to Fusk&Bygg AB getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Erik Alebom hit a great ball. Jens-Ola Caspersson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Josué Aguiar in the 22nd minute. Gil Peres scored 2-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jens-Ola Caspersson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fusk&Bygg AB's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eduardo Castro ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Ramón Bertassi managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. When Cafu Vargas came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cafu Vargas couldn't finish the play. Jens-Ola Caspersson was out of position in the 45 minute of play, and Edmílson Senna capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edmílson Senna really showed his touch with that goal: 4-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Inge Forsell was the one to do the kick off. Jens-Ola Caspersson came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's Josué Aguiar. But to his dismay, Josué Aguiar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Josué Aguiar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Jens-Ola Caspersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Josué Aguiar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Josué Aguiar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jens-Ola Caspersson having to make a save. 69 minutes into the game, Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's Josué Aguiar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jens-Ola Caspersson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. After a rather tough play, Fusk&Bygg AB's Erik Alebom got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 81st minute, Josué Aguiar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jens-Ola Caspersson was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. In the 85th minute, Josué Aguiar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Fusk&Bygg AB's goal looked a bit too open when Josué Aguiar came free, but Jens-Ola Caspersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Josué Aguiar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Gil Peres hit a great ball. After 94 played minutes Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Virgílio Lopez. Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
