One of Los Kollas:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of San Lorenzo 11:s goal. In the 10th minute there was a penalty for San Lorenzo 11. Leandro-Atilio Romagnoli stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gabriel-Alejandro Wainaina. 1-1. In the 13th minute Lázaro Txilar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel-Alejandro Wainaina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Primitivo Orixe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Montez Abalos's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Primitivo Orixe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Gualterio Aragones fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San Lorenzo 11's protests and gave Gualterio Aragones a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to San Lorenzo 11 getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Gualterio Aragones hit a great ball. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind San Lorenzo 11's goalkeeper Primitivo Orixe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Los Kollas's Sebastián Galetto got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Sebastián Galetto made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Montez Abalos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Orixe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Los Kollas's Sebastián Villca was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Primitivo Orixe in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lázaro Txilar in the 56th minute of play forced Los Kollas's goalkeeper Gabriel-Alejandro Wainaina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Primitivo Orixe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Montez Abalos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Bladi Abarca came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Los Kollas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bladi Abarca couldn't finish the play. Gabriel-Alejandro Wainaina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lázaro Txilar in the 72nd minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Los Kollas's goal looked a bit too open when Lázaro Txilar came free, but Gabriel-Alejandro Wainaina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Montez Abalos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Kollas's supporters rose to their feet, but Montez Abalos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Primitivo Orixe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sebastián Galetto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Primitivo Orixe having to interfere. In the 80th minute, San Lorenzo 11's Lázaro Txilar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. In the 85th minute, Gualterio Aragones hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastián Galetto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Primitivo Orixe having to make a save. A collision led to Los Kollas getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Sebastián Villca hit a great ball. The Los Kollas supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching San Lorenzo 11's performance. The match ended with a win for San Lorenzo 11.
