Bograngen's Bengt-Arne Olsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 傅银洲 in the 36th minute of play. After 38 played minutes Bograngen got a freekick which was hit by Sune Anundsson. 陈常迪 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frans Berg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Bograngen were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Börje Ryberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Frans Berg came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Bograngen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frans Berg couldn't finish the play. Åke Gallin kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After 62 minutes of play, 『挑战者』北伦敦德比's 傅银洲 made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bengt-Arne Olsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! 陈常迪 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frans Berg in the 66th minute. 柯岩宁 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
