After 6 minutes Zemantauskas FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Arnaldo Munio who took care of the corner kick. In the 14th minute Ademar de Amorim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicanor Katia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 21 minutes, Denis Raymond mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Patanes and the Zemantauskas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st minute, Denis Raymond hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafin Chico in the 24th minute of play forced Zemantauskas FC's goalkeeper Matheus Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the game, Joel de Senna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zemantauskas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Patanes the free kick. Joel de Senna kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Zemantauskas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Erruki came free, but Matheus Carneiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the game, Saturnino Osoro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Patanes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zemantauskas FC the free kick. A collision led to Los Patanes getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Saturnino Osoro hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Serafin Chico in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matheus Carneiro saved Zemantauskas FC from getting behind.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Serafin Chico stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Matheus Carneiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvio Bemabe, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Denis Raymond struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Matheus Carneiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Patanes. 76 minutes into the match, Silvio Bemabe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matheus Carneiro. Zemantauskas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silvio Bemabe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Ciro Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicanor Katia having to interfere. Zemantauskas FC's Joel de Senna quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Santiago Ieltxu, made in the 84th minute of the game. Los Patanes's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Ademar de Amorim scored to the left of an out of position Nicanor Katia, making the score, 1-2. When Silvio Bemabe fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Patanes's protests and gave Silvio Bemabe a yellow card for diving instead. After 95 played minutes Los Patanes got a freekick which was hit by Silvio Bemabe. Zemantauskas FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Los Patanes's much stronger midfield.
