The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zemantauskas FC's Matheus Carneiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diguinho de Godoi in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th minute Gerson Berger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matheus Carneiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Barrera 2.0 were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after Zemantauskas FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mazinho Mattos took the corner. After 9 minutes Zemantauskas FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mazinho Mattos who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Mazinho Mattos almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Zemantauskas FC's Matheus Carneiro did a great save. 12 minutes into the match, Zemantauskas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cleiton Furtado came free, but Matheus Carneiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute, Cleiton Furtado made a precise shot to the right of Matheus Carneiro. Zemantauskas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Matheus Carneiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valério Xavier, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Cleiton Furtado got in the 22nd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Matheus Carneiro handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonçalo Rossi in the 35th minute of play forced FC Barrera 2.0's goalkeeper Betão Paulista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Cleiton Furtado notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Zemantauskas FC's Matheus Carneiro. Matheus Carneiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Virgílio Montenegro made in the 43rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gerson Berger immediately put the ball in play. After 45 minutes of play, FC Barrera 2.0's Cleiton Furtado made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matheus Carneiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Zemantauskas FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Barrera 2.0 were winning 0-6.

The wind increased when Ademar de Amorim made the kick off in the second half. Ademar de Amorim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Betão Paulista having to interfere. 54 minutes into the game, Gonçalo Rossi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zemantauskas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Barrera 2.0 the free kick. Matheus Carneiro acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 55th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Mazinho Mattos. FC Barrera 2.0's Diguinho de Godoi was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 57th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerson Berger in the 61st minute of play forced Zemantauskas FC's goalkeeper Matheus Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Zemantauskas FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Gonçalo Rossi hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cleiton Furtado got free with Matheus Carneiro in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Zemantauskas FC's Matheus Carneiro got control of the ball when Diguinho de Godoi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 69 minutes Zemantauskas FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mazinho Mattos who took care of the corner kick. Matheus Carneiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gildo Novaes's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Matheus Carneiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleiton Furtado, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 85 minutes into the game, one of Zemantauskas FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Matheus Carneiro had in the 87thth minute some difficulties stopping Mazinho Mattos's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cleiton Furtado got free with Matheus Carneiro in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Matheus Carneiro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gerson Berger showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 95 minute of play. FC Barrera 2.0's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
