The audience was convinced that Celedonio Cordarrol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dorian Catarinense was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Celedonio Cordarrol managed to get in a good position for a shot. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Celedonio Cordarrol was the one to do the kick off. San Fernando Eagles's Segundo Enetz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Eduardo Netto in the 63rd minute of play. Eustacio Perfecto hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. If Miguel Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Microsoft Team booed when San Fernando Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustacio Perfecto didn't get a good kick on the ball. San Fernando Eagles's Segundo Enetz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Eduardo Netto in the 77th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Microsoft Team's Ricardinho Neiva got a free kick in the 80th minute. Dorian Catarinense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Cordarrol, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 86th match minute, San Fernando Eagles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dionisio Guter to maneuver through the defense. When Miguel Lopes came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Microsoft Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Lopes couldn't finish the play. Segundo Enetz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Eduardo Netto in the 90th minute of play. Segundo Enetz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Eduardo Netto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Despite being the better team, Microsoft Team failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
