Spectators: 7620 (Terracing: 5716, Seating: 1752, VIP seats: 152) An unexpected shot in the 3rd minute by Remco Baekelandt got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabian Hats during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Maravilla's Fabian Hats got a free kick in the 9th minute. A collision led to de belletrekkers getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. George Van Impe hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, de belletrekkers's Kristiaan Dirickx got a free kick in the 15th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Maravilla's goalkeeper Gerónimo Rulli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karel-Jan De Coninck. Yanniek De Middeleer made in the 23rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Charlie Godts however managed to control. After a rather tough play, Maravilla's Vladimiro Ondino got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 35th minute Charlie Godts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerónimo Rulli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Charlie Godts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerónimo Rulli having to interfere. Maravilla's Gerónimo Rulli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Maravilla from getting a goal against them. Charlie Godts took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gerónimo Rulli. Gerónimo Rulli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Maravilla's zone, George Van Impe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerónimo Rulli came out of the goal and George Van Impe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Charlie Godts to make the kick off. Gerónimo Rulli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charlie Godts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When George Van Impe came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the de belletrekkers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that George Van Impe couldn't finish the play. Gert Robijns fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerónimo Rulli having to interfere. Charlie Godts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerónimo Rulli having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, George Van Impe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gerónimo Rulli. Maravilla's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that George Van Impe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Gerónimo Rulli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charlie Godts, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Van Impe in the 84th minute of play forced Maravilla's goalkeeper Gerónimo Rulli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute Charlie Godts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerónimo Rulli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Charlie Godts recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
