When Eustaquio Santikurtz fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored NANANANA LIIIDEER FC's protests and gave Eustaquio Santikurtz a yellow card for diving instead. Arnaldo Eliu was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 3 minutes into the match. 3 minutes into the game, one of NANANANA LIIIDEER FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 5 minutes into the game, Grütly's Evaristo Guillem nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Felix Ihazintu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Grütly's Uriel Lizar got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 9thth minute of the game Osvaldo Guter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grütly's Pedro Pereyra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Felix Ihazintu was a little too slow when Agustin Lamberto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 2-0. When Donato Ondino came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the NANANANA LIIIDEER FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Donato Ondino couldn't finish the play. Dino Lider hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Felix Ihazintu made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Evaristo Guillem sent off a good shot on target. Felix Ihazintu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Agustin Lamberto showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 28 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Fermin Macario managed to get in a good position for a shot. NANANANA LIIIDEER FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fermin Macario was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Pereyra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Felix Ihazintu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cirilo Primo in the 33rd minute of play. After 38 played minutes, NANANANA LIIIDEER FC's Dino Lider shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pedro Pereyra came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in NANANANA LIIIDEER FC reached it. The supporters of NANANANA LIIIDEER FC booed when Grütly was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cirilo Primo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Agustin Lamberto to make the kick off. Pedro Pereyra made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Osvaldo Guter sent off a good shot on target. NANANANA LIIIDEER FC's Felix Ihazintu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavino Lia in the 53rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Donato Ondino got free with Pedro Pereyra in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 65 minutes into the game, Bernardino Odon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Felix Ihazintu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 70 minutes into the match, NANANANA LIIIDEER FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cirilo Primo came free, but Felix Ihazintu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felix Ihazintu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustin Lamberto in the 74th minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Donato Ondino fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Pedro Pereyra, passed just outside the right post. The referee felt a red card was in order, 88 minutes into the game, when Uriel Lizar put in a rough tackle. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Grütly fans cheered their team off the field, for while NANANANA LIIIDEER FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
