FC Hans's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Edwin Sjöberg scored to the left of an out of position Eric Eckegren, making the score, 1-0. In the 20th minute Edwin Sjöberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Eckegren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edwin Sjöberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Edwin Sjöberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eric Eckegren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edwin Sjöberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Eric Eckegren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edwin Sjöberg's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. In the 27th match minute, FC Hans was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Östen Flinck to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in FC Hans's zone, Filip Valler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eric Eckegren came out of the goal and Filip Valler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edwin Sjöberg in the 29th minute of play forced FC Hans's goalkeeper Eric Eckegren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The wind increased when Mårten Botvidsson made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, FC Hans's Jörn Ekeberg got a free kick in the 50th minute. In the 52nd minute Edwin Sjöberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Eckegren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, Onsala Ass Kickers's Edwin Sjöberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eric Eckegren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Filip Valler charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filip Valler the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 94th minute, Filip Valler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Hans's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
