Spectators: 7528 (Terracing: 5647, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hector Silvanito made the kick off which started today's match. Hector Silvanito hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Geronimo Rainerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nikos Kalkavouras in the 8th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giannis Tzanetos in the 11th minute of play forced Quitilipi's goalkeeper Geronimo Rainerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute of the match ΟΦΗ got a corner. Quitilipi's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ilias Lazanas ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ilias Lazanas made a great header on ΟΦΗ's corner, it was just that Quitilipi's Geronimo Rainerio managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 16thth minute of the game Giannis Tzanetos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Quitilipi's Geronimo Rainerio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 22nd minute, Michalis Semos had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After 22 minutes, Paulo Beltza mouthed his way into the referee's book. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ilias Lazanas couldn't finish the play. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Quitilipi's goalkeeper Geronimo Rainerio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With his leg Theofanis Marinakis managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when Quitilipi's Robustiano Ulizes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Theofanis Marinakis made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Hector Silvanito sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Giannis Tzanetos put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Geronimo Rainerio. In the 36th minute, Ntinos Vlasakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Esteban Ioritz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 43 minutes, Giannis Tzanetos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ΟΦΗ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giannis Tzanetos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Giannis Tzanetos to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute ΟΦΗ were awarded a corner. Ilias Lazanas went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on ΟΦΗ's corner Ilias Lazanas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Geronimo Rainerio quite easily take care of the ball. In the 54th match minute, Quitilipi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteban Ioritz to maneuver through the defense. When ΟΦΗ's Giannis Tzanetos in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Quitilipi's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Robustiano Ulizes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quitilipi's supporters rose to their feet, but Robustiano Ulizes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Theofanis Marinakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Geronimo Rainerio made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Giannis Tzanetos sent off a good shot on target. If Robustiano Ulizes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Quitilipi booed when ΟΦΗ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nikos Kalkavouras didn't get a good kick on the ball. Geronimo Rainerio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Giannis Tzanetos's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. ΟΦΗ's attack was well implemented in the 78th minute, but when Giannis Tzanetos was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Ntinos Vlasakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Geronimo Rainerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Giannis Tzanetos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Geronimo Rainerio. Quitilipi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Giannis Tzanetos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. A collision led to Quitilipi getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Hector Silvanito hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 89th minute by Ntinos Vlasakis got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The supporters of Quitilipi booed when ΟΦΗ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giannis Tzanetos didn't get a good kick on the ball. ΟΦΗ played a much better game than Quitilipi and deserved their victory. The Quitilipi players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
