Cléber Queiroz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cléber Queiroz in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jairo Collador prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Davi Freire took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Mascareñas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Urbano Pacio in the 52nd minute of play forced AllRaf EC's goalkeeper Davi Freire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Egídio de Souza charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Egídio de Souza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 58 played minutes AllRaf EC got a freekick which was hit by Egídio de Souza. Nilton Hoffmann struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Jairo Collador didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AllRaf EC. In the 64th minute Nilton Hoffmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Collador saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nilton Hoffmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jairo Collador having to interfere. Eduardo Mascareñas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Cléber Queiroz put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jairo Collador. The supporters of Liga de Quito booed when AllRaf EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Duarte Trigo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Liga de Quito's Velasco Ilarraza got a free kick in the 91st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cléber Queiroz in the 93rd minute of play forced Liga de Quito's goalkeeper Jairo Collador to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jairo Collador didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cléber Queiroz went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. AllRaf EC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
