The audience thought a goal was coming when Fredric Rudqvist got free with Rigoberto Ilixo in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rigoberto Ilixo made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Fredric Rudqvist sent off a good shot on target.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guido Salomon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rigoberto Ilixo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. In the 90th match minute, Astros de México was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquin Soter to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Sacri booed when Astros de México was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Román didn't get a good kick on the ball. The excitement rose when Sacri's Stig-Åke Asklund after 94 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Astros de México's goalkeeper to hold.
