The Elite™- FC Galácticos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgard Torres during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 6th minute, Edgard Torres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fred Simões in the 8th minute of play forced ReyPoxo's goalkeeper Ireno Arratia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Charles Vidal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ireno Arratia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fred Simões, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 21 minutes into the game, when Urbasa Salgado put in a rough tackle. In the 23rd minute there was a penalty for Elite™- FC Galácticos. Nicolas Mendes stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ireno Arratia. 0-3. After a rather tough play, Elite™- FC Galácticos's Edgard Torres got a free kick in the 28th minute. Matías Simão got a throw-in 34 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ulysses Bezerra. In the 35th match minute, Elite™- FC Galácticos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charles Vidal to maneuver through the defense. 40 minutes into the game, Nicolas Mendes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Elite™- FC Galácticos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ReyPoxo the free kick. After a rather tough play, ReyPoxo's Máximo Vadillos got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The supporters of Elite™- FC Galácticos booed when ReyPoxo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quinton Pais didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicolas Mendes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ireno Arratia. ReyPoxo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, Fred Simões cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Ireno Arratia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mateus Paraibano to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, ReyPoxo's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Simões came free, but Ireno Arratia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ireno Arratia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Charles Vidal in the 52nd minute. After 55 minutes of play Elite™- FC Galácticos's Nicolas Mendes was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. In the 57th match minute, ReyPoxo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rubio Solo to maneuver through the defense. ReyPoxo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Charles Vidal scored to the left of an out of position Ireno Arratia, making the score, 0-5. After some careless play in the ReyPoxo defense, Fred Simões kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ireno Arratia. The ReyPoxo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ireno Arratia should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fred Simões got free with Ireno Arratia in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 73 minutes into the game, Elite™- FC Galácticos's Gino Santos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ireno Arratia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. ReyPoxo's Ireno Arratia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save ReyPoxo from getting a goal against them. Ireno Arratia made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Fred Simões sent off a good shot on target. 81 minutes into the match, Fred Simões had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ireno Arratia. ReyPoxo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fred Simões was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. With a little luck, ReyPoxo's Ireno Arratia got control of the ball when Fred Simões tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fred Simões got free with Ireno Arratia in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The ReyPoxo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Elite™- FC Galácticos were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
