Ragnar Fribäck's late challenge caught a Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ragnar Fribäck helped the player get up and apologised. After 3 played minutes JKs Talanger got a freekick which was hit by Ragnar Fribäck. 9 minutes into the match, Olov Hellkvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabinho Arruda. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olov Hellkvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, JKs Talanger's Victor Ekerot got a free kick in the 13th minute. 15 minutes into the match, JKs Talanger's goalkeeper Josef Adelsköld had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luís Fábio Cerezo. 16 minutes into the match, Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ragnar Fribäck came free, but Fabinho Arruda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 16 played minutes JKs Talanger got a freekick which was hit by Claes Arenstedt. Claes Arenstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After 20 played minutes JKs Talanger got a freekick which was hit by Östen Gustavsson. 23 minutes into the game, Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Luís Fábio Cerezo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Josef Adelsköld made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. A collision led to Tarrasque Voador F.C. getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Paulo Guedes hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the game, Olov Hellkvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Fabinho Arruda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Olov Hellkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Fabinho Arruda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of JKs Talanger booed when Tarrasque Voador F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Eduardo Pinheiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 40 played minutes Tarrasque Voador F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Márcio Barral. In the 41st match minute, Tarrasque Voador F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramón da Rocha to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 42 minutes, Villiam Lägdin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JKs Talanger's supporters crossed their fingers, but Villiam Lägdin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabinho Arruda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ragnar Fribäck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Östen Gustavsson in the 46th minute of play forced Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s goalkeeper Fabinho Arruda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ragnar Fribäck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Through an outstanding action, after 53 minutes, Fabinho Arruda successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After some careless play in the Tarrasque Voador F.C. defense, Ragnar Fribäck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabinho Arruda. The Tarrasque Voador F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabinho Arruda should have stopped the shot. Fabinho Arruda was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Olov Hellkvist capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Olov Hellkvist really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. JKs Talanger's Josef Adelsköld played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Roberto Veloso in the 63rd minute of play. A collision led to JKs Talanger getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Östen Gustavsson hit a great ball. Márcio Barral took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Josef Adelsköld. Josef Adelsköld dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. In the 75th minute, Waldir Souza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the JKs Talanger defense, Luís Fábio Cerezo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Josef Adelsköld. The JKs Talanger fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Josef Adelsköld should have stopped the shot. Fabinho Arruda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olov Hellkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 87 minutes of play, Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Magno Prado made it 4-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Josef Adelsköld was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Márcio Barral got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ragnar Fribäck struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Fabinho Arruda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JKs Talanger. Fabinho Arruda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Abrahamsson in the 96th minute of play. The JKs Talanger players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Tarrasque Voador F.C. from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
