In the 9th minute, Samuel Cordareo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hayri İlksen. The goal made the score 3-0. Abelardo Belarmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Hayri İlksen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's goal looked a bit too open when Semi Düden came free, but Ramiro Gizon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's Ramiro Gizon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Semi Düden in the 18th minute of play. Selman Alptekin kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Hayri İlksen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Cordareo in the 21st minute of the match. When Semi Düden fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Samsunspor's protests and gave Semi Düden a yellow card for diving instead. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ made a substitution. Fernando Maule replaced Alfonso Urbasa. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramiro Gizon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 36 minutes into the match, Rodrigo Cugat dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hayri İlksen, 4-0. After having played for 40 minutes, Rodrigo Cugat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodrigo Cugat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Samsunspor's Erol Buminhan got a free kick in the 41st minute. When Cemal Erdurmus fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuel Cordareo couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Samsunspor defense, Rodrigo Cugat kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hayri İlksen. The Samsunspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hayri İlksen should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Samsunspor's zone, Rodrigo Cugat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hayri İlksen came out of the goal and Rodrigo Cugat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hayri İlksen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Cordareo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 75 minutes into the match, Samsunspor's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Cugat came free, but Hayri İlksen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's Samuel Cordareo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. There was no doubt that ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ were the better team. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
