The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Serafin Estebano made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Gualter Queirós sent off a good shot on target. 7 minutes into the match, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Benedicto Karmel came free, but Guilherme Duarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Fernando Vinhas got a free kick in the 8th minute. Guilherme Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltasar Santana in the 11th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Jonatan Gartxot's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guilherme Duarte was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Zézinho de Salles hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Ramon Telesforo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Guilherme Duarte. Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 20th minute of the match Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- got a corner. Deportivo Kadorna's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gil Hoffmann ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 24th minute, Baltasar Santana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Kadorna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Edgard Abar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonatan Gartxot in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guilherme Duarte prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Edgard Abar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonatan Gartxot scored 0-2 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guilherme Duarte, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 41st minute, Jonatan Gartxot made a precise shot to the right of Guilherme Duarte. Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Guilherme Duarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Gartxot in the 45th minute of the match. After 46 minutes of play, Deportivo Kadorna's Jonatan Gartxot made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guilherme Duarte was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sidnei Teixeira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Benedicto Karmel came free, but Guilherme Duarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes into the game, Deportivo Kadorna's Benedicto Karmel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Guilherme Duarte made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Gartxot in the 64th minute of play forced Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Guilherme Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Jonatan Gartxot took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Guilherme Duarte to make any attempt to save it. 71 minutes into the match, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Gartxot came free, but Guilherme Duarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Sidnei Teixeira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Baltasar Santana managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Kadorna's supporters rose to their feet, but Baltasar Santana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guilherme Duarte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 76th minute, Baltasar Santana ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guilherme Duarte was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Edgard Abar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Guilherme Duarte came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Kadorna's Jonatan Gartxot. But to his dismay, Jonatan Gartxot quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Gartxot in the 85th minute of play forced Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Guilherme Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guilherme Duarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Karmel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jonatan Gartxot 88 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-9. In the 91st minute of the match, Jonatan Gartxot tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Guilherme Duarte saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 92 played minutes Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- got a freekick which was hit by Zézinho de Salles. Guilherme Duarte acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 92nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ramon Telesforo. In the 95th minute, Deportivo Kadorna's Jonatan Gartxot ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Guilherme Duarte. Guilherme Duarte yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. Deportivo Kadorna played a much better game than Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- and deserved their victory. The Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
