After a rather tough play, Deportivo Mukenio's Apolo Tiso got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Mukenio's goalkeeper Ruben Benvido, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Baltasar Santana struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Ruben Benvido didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Kadorna. The supporters of Deportivo Kadorna booed when Deportivo Mukenio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Desiderio Bieito didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 16 minutes, Baltasar Santana made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Deportivo Mukenio's Ruben Benvido tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Siro Xabat kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Mukenio's zone, Jonatan Gartxot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ruben Benvido came out of the goal and Jonatan Gartxot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 36th match minute, Deportivo Kadorna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baltasar Santana to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baltasar Santana in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruben Benvido saved Deportivo Mukenio from getting behind. After 43 minutes Deportivo Mukenio's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ramon Telesforo who took care of the corner kick. Ramon Telesforo made a great header on Deportivo Kadorna's corner, it was just that Deportivo Mukenio's Ruben Benvido managed to reach the ball for a save. Ruben Benvido didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edgard Abar went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

In the 51st match minute, Deportivo Mukenio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apolo Tiso to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltasar Santana in the 61st minute of play forced Deportivo Mukenio's goalkeeper Ruben Benvido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Deportivo Kadorna's Serafin Estebano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Todor in the 89th minute of play. Baltasar Santana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ruben Benvido read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Kadorna's Ezequiel Galeno got a free kick in the 95th minute. Deportivo Kadorna's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
