Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Claudio Panpili took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolando Ottonello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juan Inocente could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Christopher Benscheider made a huge save. Teobaldo Mede kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonas Lekubegi got free with Christopher Benscheider in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sc Ajax Hirtenberg's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Efrain Bernaldo was slow to take the kick. During this time LA InDuStRiA INC's players had a chance to rest. Thanks to some nice moves Jonas Lekubegi could shoot a difficult shot in the 28th minute, which Christopher Benscheider however easily saved by the left post. 34 minutes into the match, Sc Ajax Hirtenberg's goal looked a bit too open when David Lawrence came free, but Christopher Benscheider reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudio Panpili took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eike Schmidt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juan Inocente took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christopher Benscheider. Christopher Benscheider dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Gregorio Vigil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Eike Schmidt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claudio Panpili was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonas Lekubegi got free with Christopher Benscheider in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonas Lekubegi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Sc Ajax Hirtenberg got a freekick which was hit by Teobaldo Mede. Christopher Benscheider took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Lekubegi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frederik Rohde hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Ottonello in the 61st minute of play forced LA InDuStRiA INC's goalkeeper Claudio Panpili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by LA InDuStRiA INC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ruben Tepper was slow to take the kick. During this time Sc Ajax Hirtenberg's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Ruben Tepper got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Claudio Panpili quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Eike Schmidt sped through LA InDuStRiA INC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Claudio Panpili. Juan Inocente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christopher Benscheider made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Lekubegi in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75th minute of the match Frederik Rohde sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Claudio Panpili skillfully saved the ball. In the 81st minute David Lawrence shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christopher Benscheider saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christopher Benscheider made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Inocente in the 83rd minute of play. Juan Inocente took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christopher Benscheider. Christopher Benscheider dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. If Rolando Ottonello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eike Schmidt got free with Claudio Panpili in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Jonas Lekubegi came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the LA InDuStRiA INC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonas Lekubegi couldn't finish the play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
