An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Oskar Andberg in the 10th minute of play forced Compugraf's goalkeeper Chico Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the game, Igor Ramos lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Roger Klemensson. The audience was convinced that Igor Ramos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roger Klemensson was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Fredrik Bennet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chico Fernandez having to interfere. Compugraf's Chico Fernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Oskar Andberg in the 25th minute of play. Samurai's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bo Svanström in the 26th minute. A throw-in in the 31st minute of the game was made by Michael Haglund with Per-Oskar Andberg as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Igor Ramos in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roger Klemensson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Betinho Arce kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After 38 played minutes, Samurai's Bo Svanström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Chico Fernandez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Samurai reached it. Kiko Travassos kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fredrik Bennet to make the kick off. Igor Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roger Klemensson having to interfere. Roger Klemensson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Ramos in the 66th minute of play. When Compugraf's Igor Ramos in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Samurai's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Samurai booed when Compugraf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Sergipano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Betinho Arce charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Betinho Arce the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 84 played minutes Compugraf got a freekick which was hit by Betinho Arce. Roger Klemensson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Ramos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Igor Ramos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Compugraf's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Ramos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roger Klemensson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roger Klemensson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Igor Ramos's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. After some careless play in the Samurai defense, Igor Ramos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roger Klemensson. The Samurai fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roger Klemensson should have stopped the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Compugraf fans cheered their team off the field, for while Samurai had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
