After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Ian Lundgren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arye Suryoye's supporters rose to their feet, but Ian Lundgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexander Björnsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manfredo Reis in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexander Björnsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Arye Suryoye's Alexander Wenerdahl got a free kick in the 41st minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Hernani Massa made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Hernani Massa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arye Suryoye's Alexander Björnsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Arye Suryoye from getting a goal against them. Hernani Massa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexander Björnsson having to make a save. Gonçalo Siqueira charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
