Spectators: 7492 (Terracing: 5620, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marc Vennerkvist took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 played minutes Arye Suryoye got a freekick which was hit by Dag Skoog. Marc Vennerkvist in the 11thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kenneth Friis, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otto Klepp in the 27th minute of play forced Arye Suryoye's goalkeeper Alexander Björnsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Arye Suryoye's Dag Skoog got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 37th minute, Torsten Lundberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kenneth Friis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 39 minutes into the game, Marc Vennerkvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Kenneth Friis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christian Halstensen was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Rakkestad IF getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Christoffer Stormyr hit a great ball. 56 minutes into the match, Marc Vennerkvist notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Rakkestad IF's Kenneth Friis. Kenneth Friis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Rakkestad IF! The referee gave Arye Suryoye a penalty, 60 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Marc Vennerkvist, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Rakkestad IF's Kenneth Friis. 4-0. Arye Suryoye's Alexander Björnsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otto Klepp in the 67th minute of play. Charles Hamberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Kenneth Friis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kenneth Friis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Charles Hamberg's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. In the 81st minute Marc Vennerkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenneth Friis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Marc Vennerkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arye Suryoye's supporters rose to their feet, but Marc Vennerkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kenneth Friis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alexander Björnsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Halstensen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ian Lundgren kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
