The supporters of Evcilerspor booed when Arye Suryoye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torsten Lundberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Charles Hamberg came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Arye Suryoye fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charles Hamberg couldn't finish the play. Marc Vennerkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th match minute, Arye Suryoye was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kjell Ros to maneuver through the defense. Mustafa Numan Bayındır showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charles Hamberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aytuğ Gökyüzü to strike the kick off in the second half. Mustafa Numan Bayındır tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rahim Özakıncı during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rahim Özakıncı hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Evcilerspor defense, Marc Vennerkvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mustafa Numan Bayındır. When the final whistle sounded Arye Suryoye left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Evcilerspor.
